Im getting black saliva in morning alone when I spit last two days.After brushing it became normal. Rest of the time is normal.
Im taking chyawanprash before bed last two days, it is because of that, or something i look out for

I am facing high heart rate /breathless ness even after one month after being diacharged from hospital after taking covid treatment.

Nose wall struck by finger nail
