Hi iam 27f...iam getting so much hands pain fingers pain.I use mobile phone from morning till night 3 am ...continously ...to watch series online shopping WhatsApp chatting ...is it due to that are there any harm?I hardly speak on phone but use it continously 24/7 for chatting watching browsing plz answer thank you

My b12 is out of range i.e 1150 do i need to worry. Also the uric acid is 2.3 and urea is 15. What should i do? My lft and kft are normal.
