  4. Low transferrin saturation level. Worry?

Low transferrin saturation level .
My mom got her blood test done. She has a transferrin saturation of 14% and her TIBC is 413. But her haemoglobin is under a normal range. What does a low tranferrin saturation and slightly higher TIBC signify ? Anything to worry ? I have attached her blood reports below.
