Can I continue to take montairFX daily after a week of post vaccination for covid-19 ? Reply please.

Hi I had some chilled water after which I had sore throat and got fever next day, took dolo and fever has subsided but fever returned again this morning and it was 102 degress. I am taking Azee, ascoril le syrup, febrex and montair lc. No other medicine is prescribed by the doctor. Took dolo on my own but the fever is still 99.9 degree.. Do I need any change in medicines. Pls adivice
