Fatigue in body
I am working from home and rarely go out of home .Even without exercise i always have a body while going to sleep and after waking up from sleep. i lower leg have pain when i wake up from sleep and start walking but after walking for sometime it works ok .. I am always having pain in lower leg and back.pls let me know what can be the reason for it.

Lack of exercise can also cause bodyache. Musculoskeletal skeletal pain is most commonly seen. But Vitamin D deficiency or any other musculoskeletal disease can be behind this.
