Consistent Body fatigue
Why I always feel tired all the day, doesn't matter when I sleep, how much I sleep, my body is always in fatigue, i'll explain by today's example :- I sleep at 3:30am at night, I woke up at 10am then mai kuch kam se bahar gyi 30 min walk krkr, fir ghar aake I bathed and  after 2 hours I have my lunch ... Abhi tk ek bar bhi I didn't feel refreshed , after eating I sleep again for 1.5 hour, and still my body is very very tired... I m feeling little body pain and headache,...if I sleep at 11 pm at night and wake up at 8 am... Still I m in fatigue all the day...and agr khi bahar travel krna pde by walk/ by vehiclee for 1-2 hour or more , then fir to orr jyadaa tej headache and bodypain hoga all the day

Since how long do you have this problem? Did you have fever before it, is there some stress? Get Haemoglobin,  blood sugar fasting and post meal,  thyroid function tests done. Take high protein diet, along with more of fresh green vegetables,  fruits, nuts, whole grains, milk products. Drink more water and some regular physical exercise.
