Consistent Headaches and Fatigue
Having consistent headache in the side and back of my head. Unexplainable fatigue and not able to focus on any tasks. Hb 12.1 ferritin 11.8 fe serum 34. Creatinine 0.64 Vit d 20.93 vit b12 at 192. Any advice?

Hello dear, are you on any supplements already? Is there any prolonged screen time happening at your end? Are u on any supplements already for iron, vit. D or vit. B12?
