Hi , Please advise as I took my first Covid vaccination day before yesterday... I was been infected with Covid 3 months ago.. since I have read lot of information fir side effects just need to check I am feeling feverish sometime and temp is 97.4 to 98.4 and acidity with slightly nausea... please advise since I am obese do I need some medication!
