Gout attack, uric acid level is around 8. Have tried food restrictions however doesn't get results. It's around 10 months when I got to know my uric acid is high

Hello doctor..i took unwanted 72 (within 8 hour) 15days ago ...and yesterday was my regular period due date so from yesterday there was some spotting but from night 2am there were more abdominal pain it started bleeding heavy with like bad blood with many clots..clots were in mehroon colour and now blood are in red colour..and also while peeing the clots are coming.. whats its happening?? I am so tensed???please rply

Hello sir/mam..i took ipill before 14 days within 6 hours..after taking pill there was irregular spotting..but now today i exprience heavy bleeding with clots with severe pain in lower abdomen..and passing clots while peeing..whats happening??
