Left chest pain
Before 2 month I had breathing issues.i have done Eco ECG TMT and other blood test.everything was normal.but last two days I am feeling left chest pain, specially when sleeping.feeling uncomfortable and pain left chest above the breast.. please help.any heart related issue or something else.i am overweight..why feel pain when sleeping.sometimes in sitting position not always.but specially when sleeping

I think few other tests including few  blood tests may help to reassure ask your cardiologists about this .
