My mother had covid in may and got her second dose 5 August she has cold but not fever yet. What should I do? Is there any chance that she got covid again? Should I get her rtpcr test? Please suggest

8 days ago, my head suddenly got dizzy while i was lying on the bed. And since that day, i started noticing that whenever i put my head on the pillow and try to move my head, i feel dizzy for a second, and without pillow, its absolutely fine. And yesterday, while looking up, i suddenly got dizzy severely. And now whenever i am lying down also, i get dizzy for a second. Is it because of my neck? Because i have a bit neck pain also. And since some months, my neck is getting strained a lot. I am really worried about the dizziness. Please help 🙏

I had done cbc. But MCV is 72.5 , MCHC is 33.6 and my RDW is 15.3 except that all others are normal. is it normal or any kind of serious issues. I have shoulder pain and headache. Please advice me. Doctor tell me nothing to worry eat one egg daily.
