Flu

Hello, Whenever I walk longer or do some exercise for a while I feel pain ( not exactly pain just heat and pahtna) in lower of knee ( it starts from half way after knee and goes till start of foot joint). No injury , nothing. Two months back I taken some vitamin test and I had vitamin d deficiency ( around 25) , I was talking vitamin d tab but I have stopped it from last 2 weeks. Also Sun light exposure is minimal. Is it really due to this or some other reason Bdw I am fit and no other issue. Exercise and heatly diet always( no junk)

Hi.my daughter is having cold and fever since 3 days.i took her to the doctor who prescribed the medications rapiclav forte,solvin cold af and meftal P.but i dont see any improvement.the temperature increases again after 4 to 4.5 hrs.and there is shivering at night.her half lower body remains cold and her head and neck gets hot.what should i do?

Hello docs, I dont know what is the exact word for this. But whenever i am in a certain conjusted place or where there is no place for air - i get suffocated - feel light headed and . Get cramps in stomach and get sweat. I have got it in my washroom and in local trains which was crowded. What is this phenomenon called? Please advise

Hi Docotor's I generally used to bath in hot water and for a stretch of three days I was taking in cold water (general my body is heat) and after that I got a mild cold also which leads to diarrhea. What's your thought on this .. and how to prevent further kinda happenings Thank you

I'm COVID recovery 4months back.10days back I taken covaxin .that day onwards I feel dizziness continuesly .

I feel tired whole day, dizzy, and out of breath. Having shooting pain in chest for 4-5 seconds. It happens 2-3 times in a day and sometimes in night too. Lacking concentration. What it could be? Please advice.
