I have severe deficiency of d and b12..my b12 is around 83.. Shall I take injections or medicine for the same. Also I was very fit person . Last I had fever was duing school days . This year I have been getting fever alot..I mean once in three months for a day or two .around 99.5 and weakness. Is it coz of deficiency? My other blood test and urine test are  normal... Please suggest

I have been having continuous muscle twitch on my right foot for few days and temporary muscle twitches all parts of the body when I am sitting idle and it gets better as soon as I move that part of the body. I am 27 years old. Why would this be happening? When should I consider a consult for this? Please advice.

Idk if this is considered to be a clay coloured stool or light/pale yellow, but this is what my stool looks like when pooping, there's mild discomfort like nausea (2/10), my poops are not clear and mushy/sticky, this is happening since i had taken a course of amoxyclav 3-4 weeks back for 5 days. So i was being treated for stomach discomfort(mostly nauseous feeling and hunger type pain). This was started after i was prescribed amoxyclav for 5 days, since then i have been facing such symptoms also light yellowish mushy stool as well. So initially I consulted a practo doctor, he prescribed me with esomac, esomac d and econorm for 1 week, it reduced the pain but still sometimes i feel nauseous and weird type feeing. So today i went to a local doctor, he prescribed me with rifaximin 550, but i read that it creates a irreversible change in gut bacteria, is that true? Sorry i read another patient's post here on practo hence i got the query.. Please help me, rifaximin has been prescribed for 5 days, twice a day.. so what should i do? Should I go ahead with that or not... and what will be the side effects?
