Esr is 52 & hb is 11.4

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hello, I got my blood test during my menstrual cycle(5th day) ESR was 52 , lymphocyte -46, monocyte- 1 & hb-11.4. Does menstrual cycle cause the above variation in report. Also I am a breastfeeding mother to a 10 month baby Pls advise
