Menstrual cycle
I was diagnosed with HPylori infection and was on antibiotics medicines and PPI but since last month I have been facing issues with my menstrual cycle that I don't see a proper flow of blood happening during menstrual cycle it's just spotting or or I can see fragments of blood flowing while I urinate not even a proper spotting or a proper flow during my menstrual cycle not even for a single day which normally I have for three days a proper and this is happening just since last month.
What can be the reason ?

If your cycles are irregular you need to get evaluated with Serum tsh, serum prolactin, USG pelvis. Mostly it's due to pcos
