I understand your concern. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a type of bacteria that can infect the stomach and cause various gastrointestinal symptoms. It is possible to spread H. pylori others through close contact, such as kissing or sharing utensils, but it is not very common. However, it is important to take precautions to prevent the spread of infection. To get rid of H. pylori infection, you will need to undergo a course of antibiotics and acid-reducing medications prescribed by your doctor. It is important to complete the full course of treatment as directed, even if your symptoms improve before the medication is finished. You should also avoid foods and drinks that can irritate your stomach, such as spicy or acidic foods, caffeine, and alcohol. As for your children, it is important to practice good hygiene to prevent the spread of infection. Encourage them to wash their hands frequently, especially before eating or touching their face. You should also avoid sharing utensils or cups with them, and avoid kissing them on the mouth until your infection has been treated and resolved. I recommend that you schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss your treatment options and any concerns you may have about the spread of infection to your children.
