It's a histopathology report of the biopsy taken from duodenum it is normal.To confirm HPylori infection you can go for fecal antigen immunoassay or C urea breath test both have sensitivity of 95%.However to get a accurate result you have to discontinue PPI treatment atleast 7-10 days prior to the test.
