I got blood pressure in covid time I have started medicine met xl 25 mg tablet, right now my blood pressure is below 130/90 , should I stop that medicine or I need to continue, please suggest me.

I am suffering from chronic constipation and external and internal piles from last one year, I took a number of medicines like laxatives,cremaffin ,to reduce my problem ,but alas !no result, I have done colonoscopy also which shows normal Endoscopy shows antral gastritis Sigmoidoscopy shows internal piles grade2 Though presently my anus is swollen and its upto perineum.. I do not have urge to go to the laterine everyday.in every alternate day i have the urge but every time there is bleeding and pain and extreme hard stool... How can i get rid of it? Is constipation indicates that i have sone serious problem like Cancer?also want to add that my hemoglobbin rate is low,its 11.4(normal 13)

Sir/ma'am I got this small wound after handling some rusted iron rods during house maintenance. It's not big but it pains while moving finger. Should I get a titnes injection and get it covered with dressing? I am presently applying detol and boroline antiseptic cream over it .
