Can osmf cause facial swelling sensation and numbness in jaw area... irritation in buccal mucosa (feels like cuts and wounds) cheek part swells and pains..is this bcs of osmf?? 🆘

What are the causes of  many enlarged lymphnodes in right side submandibular region and bilateral cervical .. suffering from pain this region last 6-7 months. Any suggestions? Should I go for USG guided FNAC test? I have taken antibiotics got Pain relief but still feel discomfort. My doctor says it is because of infection.
