I did my blood test in feb its 5,780 then last month i did it again it comes to 4000 i did because i have shortness of breathing since feb after doing pulmonary test allergy test docotr told me i have anxiety and i feel sometimes burning sensation in stomach so is it normal wbc fluctuations???

Pulsating while urinating

Pain/headache in head and shoulder
In our family my uncle has died 3months back. Since then My mom has headache, sometimes heavy and sometimes little max time. Also she feels pain in shoulder, neck shoulder and also nearby head area.
