I eat to much food in restro yestrday night and from today I started loose motions watery.
I have 4 times loose motions from morning please suggest some treatment.

Weakness in the body
Hello doctors I am facing this weakness issue since yesterday night after 12 am and till now weakness is there. I have taken one tab of Zincovit today but it's still there. Feeling like to stay in bed lazyness. Heart beat also feels fast sometimes . I measured it with oxymeter. It's in the range 78-109. Please suggest what to do.
