Hi, does an elderly immunocompromised individual require a booster (3rd dose) of the Astrazeneca vaccine? If he has completed vaccination 6 months ago?

I recently did Vit D test. Level is 22.1. I have got Tayo Cholecalciferol chewable tablets 60000 IU from the chemist. 1. How often and for how long do I take these tablets? 2. How frequently should I check my Vitamin D level?

I got my periods on Aug 1st and the next cycle onAug 30 and for this month I got on sep 25 ...is this the right cycle .??? Usually I will get it exactly after 30 days...

Upper thigh pain in one leg only. From 1 week. More while walking. Its above knee and on upper thigh more on the sides. Should i do any exercise or stretching or take rest.
