Hi, I had taken my 2 doses of covid vaccine (Sinopharm)  in UAE during the month of Feb'21. I had later returned to India in March'21. Could you please help me on the following questions? 1-When should I take the next dose of vaccines? 2-Should it be a booster shot or 2 doses of vaccines?3- do i need to do any test (anti body) before & after taking the vaccines? 4-Can I take any vaccines (Covishield or Covaxin or Sputnik V) or is there a recommendation? Sir, After 8 days of second dose  of covaxin I got infected to covid and recovered .now my query is whether I need to go for another dose or those two doses will sustain.

It has been one week I recovered from dengue (my platelets are above 2 lakh 50 thousand) just my tlc was 4000 one week back... can I start my exercise and diet now? I don't do weight lifting just skipping and few exercises..
