My whole upper body shakes especially stomach for each heart beat for last few months ... have taken ecg echo which cakes as normal but still this issue continues

Have fever 101 from last night dry cough body pain...shld i go for covid test ?what to do next as i am out station which is very unknown to me...

Myself and husband had cold and fever last week and it got recovered in 3-4 days. We had taken rapid covid antigen test which is negative and we had taken 2 doses of covishield. Now our cold is recovered but there is loss of smell. It's been a week now but smelling sense is bit low. Should I consult doctor or will it take more time to get normal smelling sense ?

Suffering from 1)Severe mouth tongue almost near throat ulcers(sores) 2)All the gums inside the mouth upper lower and deep inside the mouth are swollen and red and very painful 3)fever of 100.5 4)blisters on lips are appearing slowly since 2 days Since 5 days Using paracetamol+ibuprofen Antibiotic Mucgel sometimes Hexigel sometimes But no relief Unable to eat anything couldn’t even sip water Complete jaw is paining a lot teeth outside near throat also I can feel ulcers bcz it’s painful there also …. Only when I apply mucgel iam getting relief for sometime only on ulcers but not around the inflmammed gums What can I do iam even doing salt water warm gargle Iam very much in pain 2-Mucgel iam applying and sleeping so it will get swallowed is it ok or is it harmful it’s been since 5 days iam using it thrice Also hexigel iam applying it but couldn’t resist from swallowing will it cause any problem

What are the main causes of High Blood pressure and heart attacks in the age of 20-30s. My bp is 130/80, can i have chance of high blood pressure?.
