My sister had fever 104 5 days ago now she have 100 fever and when me check platelet it's shows 2.45 lacs and wbc 3.2 but now wbc drops to 2.5 and platelet gows down to 2 lac it she needs hospitalized or we can treat her at home I'm attaching the report

First all said it's CTS and put me on several gabapanin medicines. 2 days ago I am prescribed for MRI and report shows c5 c6 c7 nerve compression. And surgery is remedy.
