How often does hemoglobin fluctuate? Does hemoglobin fluctuate from day to day basis. Yesterday I was feeling very fatigued and had a headache, I checked my lower waterline and it looked pale too. However today I feel absolutely fine and energetic, I checked my waterline and it appears red and healthy too. Do you think it could be something else?

Hi Sir, I'm a breastfeeding Mom. Will weight loss happen daily? When I look at my weight it seems like I'm losing 300-400 gms daily. I had stomach problem when I took endoscopy result was I have mild chronic gastritis. Will gastritis cause weight loss ? Is weight loss a serious issue ?
