Respected sir or mam. From. Last 2 months im. Continuesly using luke salt water gargeling a I used more than that salt by adding in a water today I just check my bp it shows 150/90 I consult a doctor they check given me a medicine stamlo for 10 days ...sir through a diet and normal exercise in zym and brisk walk will I control it. Or should I used the medicine ...plz tell me ...I don't want to be addicted of a medicine ...and sir every morning from.today I stated a brisk walking 1 hours continuesly in the early morning and in break fast im.taking oats and muselli nuts in a skim toned milk by adding litle honey in top by doing garnising like 3 almonds and pistacho and after bf I take green tea and in lunch im taking brown rice with 5 roti with a boil vegetables and carrots and beet roots by adding a pinch of salt in vegetables and in evening doing exercise only 45 min and in night 5 roti with a boil vegetables

Cut down on salt intake.make it to 2-3 GM's a day coz it's essential too.increase ur fruit intake that also reduces BP.n ur bp is 150/90.n bp 140/90 is ok
So u dnt tk meds for now.
Bring life style modifications n get ur bp checked after ten days again.then we can decide whether meds are required or not

Lifestyle modification is good .. But for the first few days u have to take medication.... As per ur doctor advice Pls go for follow up so that depending on ur bp level, doctor will decide whether to continue /discontinue the drug... Follow ur doctor advice.. Don't panic...
