Gut bacteria
I had a 14 day course of antibiotics 2 months ago. I am fine now but i am worried about gut bacteria that was destroyed. I now want to consume foods with natural good bacteria. I know about yogurt and dahi. Please tell me other natural foods to heal the gut fullyy.?

Eat more fibre foods , less oil foods, yoghurt, take probiotics and more importantly eat on time every day
