Sudden weakness in right upper limb is indicative of stroke (CVA).N he is a known hypertensive which adds to the seriousness of the problem. He needs immediate attention CT brain -stroke protocol N urgent neurologist consultation In such cases the window period is very less so there is no time to be wasted
