  4. Weakness after typhoid. Headache too.

Weakness after typhoid
After recovered from typhoid I am having weakness. I feel very weak and lazy too. Aways feel sleepy. Sometimes get mild headache too.

Postviral lethargy it is... Stay hydrated, coconut water,adequate rest, electrolytes, fruit juices,eat nutritious food.
