I have a blood pressure of 55/85 and pulse rate of 65bpm. Is this a cause for concern? My BP is constantly low and has gone as low as 47

I am Breast feeding mother of 4 months old baby.Currently i am having calcium tablets only. I am having cold from yesterday.Is it good to take cold act or citrigen for relief.Kindly let me know if there will be any effect havung that medicine for my baby.

Sir, One year back anus itch used to happen in the afternoon but not in morning or evening. It happened like that for a month. Then everything was normal. Again it started from last 7-10 days. Anus is itchy at random times in a day. In the morning around 6-8 am I feel itchy. From 8 am to Evening 8 pm it is itchy some times, may be one or two times. Again at night it feels itchy for one hour. The itchness is between medium to high. So I don't scratch it. Considering the anus is in circle shape I feel itchy only one the top side that is half circle. Please suggest - where should I go - to general physician or dermatologist or proctologist.

Sir from past few years I always feel after pooping that something was  left to get pooped can't clear my bowel completely, I consulted with doctor he said it's IBS, as there were no other issue or problem. But recently I saw some black spots and one red spot in my poop and pieces of undigested food I am not sure that it's blood or something else , I don't have any other problem I am eating properly doing everything fine except little fatigue and lots of gas in stomach and my poop comes out as  soft blob small  pieces not long poop ,mushy poop It is . I am very depressed and concerned please share your view and let me know what should I do thanking you . If u want I can attach pics of the poop I am concerned about .

Doctor had detected an inflammation on the right side during Xray. So he suggested my dad to undergo an USG , kindly let me know if there is something serious.
