Get your Haematocrit in CBC If it is normal don't worry.Simple viral fever may also cause this.

Your platelet count is between 1.1 lacs and 1.3 lacs. I think this is not a very significant rise or fall. It certainly is a viral fever, and most viral fevers will lead to fall of platelet count. Now that you are recovering even the platelet count will come back to normal. Just look after your diet and proper fluid intake.

This is definitely viral fever most likely dengue fever..now there is no fever from last three days so no further fall in platelet count is expected. n the symptoms started around 10 days ago...this further makes the fall in platelet count less likely.. U will regain ur normal platelet count very soon..viral fevers make them fall U need not to worry now. U r already out of dangerous zone
Next Steps
take plenty of water ( coconut juice) maintain good diet take good rest to recover
Health Tips
dnt tk any stress
