About heart
What are major risk factors for heart disease ? Im 24 years male with normal bp, normal sugar, normal cholesterol.. and no family history of heart disease.. at present having gastric ulcer, and GERD.. sometimes having sharp pain , pinching pain in centre and left side of chest And left arm pain ... I done ECG, ECHO, TMT everything is negative but having dizziness and breathing discomfort... What is cause of dizziness and breathing discomfort... Or any heart related problems ??

Major risk factors for heart disease are Obesity Diabetes HTN Smoking Hypertriglyceridemia High cholesterol Stress Anxiety Family history Not getting enough sleep-sleep apnoea The reason for his breathing discomfort may be related to GERD. The reflux causes irritation so he has chest discomfort.

Check your hemoglobin level , vit d and iron profile .. any of these defeciency also can cause the symptoms.. avoid stress and tensions too.. relax.
