Hello Thanks for asking the question I understand your concern and noted it Sometimes heart rate can increase and you may have palpitations due to anxiety or panic attacks too which differs person to person how severe it is, If your daily activities are getting affected then you need to consult a doctor who can help you with your concern
Next Steps
Sometimes patient will have palpitations for a while and will feel normal after sometime but to rule out any heart related diseases you need to consult cardiologist, or a cardiologist who is a arrhythmias specialist well known as ELECTROPHYSIOLOGIST He will check your thyroid function, other electrolytes and might advise for 24hrs ECG monitoring (HOLTER MONITORING) which can help to rule out any heart related abnormal rhythms.

The issue is mostly a panic disorder taking into consideration the amount of fear that has built up inside you.
Next Steps
First and foremost CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE. Work from home does not mean sitting inside for the 12-14 hours and then sleeping. Finish your work and take a walk. Get time for your exercise. Start with basics which don't exert you much. Take healthy meals, fruits. Meditate. Make your heart feel the peace that surrounds you. Enjoy vacations with friends and family. Getting out of this fear will take time but stop considering every muscleache as a HEART ATTACK. Consult if you require further help.
Health Tips
The more you live in fear , the more the fear will feed on you. Stay happy stay healthy.
