Usually pts present within few hours and the pain is not little that u will stay home if God forbid someone has heart attack then u will feel like dying u will get to hospital n rest do an ECG ASAP n consult
Any chest pain should be thoroughly evaluated by proper history followed by ECG if Dr thinks its appropriate for age, risk factors, symptoms, etc.Dont try to self medicate or sit on it for 24 hrs or google ur answers to find solutions.Consult ur nearest physician or family Dr.
It depends upon extent of blockage of your heart blood vessels. Pain from heart attacks can last long

Depends how serious is the situation. We recently had a patient that didn’t even realise that they had an attack 2-3 days back. But it shouldn’t be neglected. Any kind of chest pain whether it may be due to acidity, should be thoroughly checked.
