I do understand your query.
Looks benign ,it could be probably esophageal spasm due to GERD .
But anyways get a ECG done to rule out angina ,it better to err on the side of caution .
Any issues ,do contact any doctor.

Such symptoms are not explainable to heart disease ... gastritis or osophagitis can be a reason
