Motion anxiety attacks
First I feel breathlessness urging to pass stool then I go to toilet after I pass stool panic attacks and restless hands and legs why is it so ? Why shortness of breath when there is urge to go washrm as I m passing stool my hands legs get numb feel anxious and panic attacks start feeling like rush to hospital
