Hello doctor. What is the normal endometrial thickness on day 3 of menses? I have PCOD and in my ultrasound it was 4.2 mm. Is this normal?

Sir/madam I took allerga 180 in 1aug to 3rd aug 2 tab per day// and 1/2 tab and one tab on 4 aug// and one tab in night on 5 aug I felt dizzy, drowsy,and sleepy after that for some day .. should I worry about this now ? It's almost 2 months ago now so do I have to worry about it .. now I have back pain , neck pain and headache and my doctor is treating me for cervical spondylitis. I want to mention that these side effects only persis tent for 3-4 days after that .. around i can say 9 aug tak.

I got a small dog bite a week ago. Got 3 doses of rabies vaccine and a tetanus vaccine. The latest dose of rabies was yesterday. Was planning to stop as the dog is a pet and is already vaccinated. Got another small bite today. Do I need to get more shots?
