Hello doctors, Today I was standing under a tree and it was clear sky, two droplets fell directly into my eye while I was looking up (some bats have been seen in that area but I'm not sure) should I take a rabies booster dose??? (Last vaccination: 5 ARV in January 2021, 2 booster doses in August 2021, this bat incidence happened today, 24th September 2021) Please advice

20 june my platelets were 160000 took my first dose of covishield on 27 june after 5 days i develop pin point red rash on my arm which goes away on its own after few days 19 july i recheck my platelets which were reduced 120000 now at present my platelets are 148000. My concern is will i take my 2nd dose or not. I am attaching the reports of blood test. Note i am not suffering from any medical condition

So can i get rabies because he came from outside and put shoes on bedsheet and after a day i put food on that bedsheet and eated it .

Hi doctor My wife is having thyroid and she is thyroid tablet from 6 years (50 mg) . Her thyroid is under control last month it was TSH 2.26 AND T4 9.69, T3 1.15. BUT She is having swelling almost 7 to 8 months with pain. Her height is 5 ft and weight 70kg. Is it happening due to over weight. Or we need to worry. Her BP is also under control and no urine problem. Please suggest.
