We found 30 / HPF in routine urine test reports.There is no such history or symptoms.Is 30/HPF is something serious? please guide.Mom is of 72 years age.

I have been coughing for a long time but recently I coughed and there was blood in my sputum.Done sputum for AFB which is negative. Taking antibiotics but still when I cough I see blood in my sputum.

I received Alkaline phosphatase as 104 against 42-98 Biological reference of laboratory. Other liver functions are normal. I have 130/85 Bp range and 101 sugar level. Is the Alkaline phosphatase worrisome?
