Weight loss wothout trying
Hello doctor, i had delivery on 20 august my weight reduced from 73 to 65.65 in following month. my current weight is 62.85 so i have lost 3 kgs in a month without trying to loose i have good appetite and IBS was in bit stress last month and had diarreah for 2 days IS this much weight loss normal? or worrysome

Yes post delivery you will lose some weight which was gained during pregnancy,this much reduction initially without doing anything is normal, and as you are breastfeeding you are losing calories for baby too,and thats also a blessing to have. Take care of your health eat healthy and drink enough water.
