Hi,I am suffering  from jaundice with 2.2 also typhoid fever.so I am taking medicines by doctor.so why is poop is green colour? Green colour is dangerous ?

I have a feeling of gas trapped in my stomach, mild feeling of gas all the time, no pain though.. my stools are yellow but good shape. And also, i have done a course of rifaximin already as prescribed by my doctor. The nausea feeling is gone but the gas type feeling in stomach and my throat is still there but very very mild, more felt when i lie down... The feeling is throughout my middle abdomen area.. my appetite is well as well, no weightloss too. Why can it be happening? Ulcer?

My left hand and chest feel heavy ... why this happening... not chest pain but feel like heavy .left hand arm and chest.
