Some times i feel pain in my skull and pressure is it due to sinus but no headache ... Or something serious

Fever going up and down 98-101 with body aches. How long will it last in viral infection ? Also there is body pain

Since last 20-25 days, she is experiencing mild dry cough only while speaking and she doesn't have any other cold symptoms like runny nose or wet cough or fever or headache or watery eyes etc etc...and for that mild dry cough she is not taking any medicines thinking that mild dry cough while speaking will subside on its own in due course. Also, she is not experiencing any acidity or anything such that....So just want to know what could be the cause of it??? Any treatment is needed for that??? Thank you

I have fever since last 2 weeks .. intial WBC count was 14000 and after starting antibiotics it was 12970 and then I was told I was typhiod positive.. admitted in hospital for 2 days antibiotics course and now WBC is 12100 which is reducing. And I hav fever of 100 which wil subside after taking dolo 650 and start aft 7 hour's again .. chills in nyt followed by fever... Typhiod is now negative but stil fever is on. So doctor suggested montaux test to rule of tb if any but no cough.. please advise wat to do for fever to stop

I am having fluctuating temperature orally throughout the day , which is lower to about 98.2 in the morning,99/ 99.2/99.4 in the afternoon and evening, and again 98.2 at night on humid day, I get temperature of 98.4/98.6 in the afternoon and evening on the days when it rains outside and temperature is cooler inside the room. I have done full body checkup at a most reputated  hospital and nothing was found, Is it normal to have this variation??
