Flu

In Nov last year my serum ferritin dropped to 7 and my weight fell to 45 kgs from earlier 50 kgs. I have been taking Orofer Xt for 8 months now but still my ferritin level has risen to only 40 and am still underweight at 47 kgs. I feel quite weak and tired and am having severe hair fall. My all other tests are normal I.e TSH, vit D, calcium, etc. Could you kindly suggest an iron supplement for me along with its duration and dosage. Thank you for your time.

I am having heavy nasal discharge and nasal congestion and sneezing. After that I had 2 vitamin C tablets but now also nasal discharge and sneezing is there and health is not good.

My wife suffering with fever last 3days.first 2days temp.was ~102°f . Today it decresed to ~99 . Doctor prescribed paracetamol and oxipod 200. Now widal test report shows Salmonella Typhi-O 1:160 Dilution im attaching report also,and the doctor declared its typhoid fever . Ok thats fine but he don't write any medicine to typhoid just said continue above medicine. Pls advice me. Here not available any other doctor

Doctor i took tentanus injection on 12th September 2021 and today i got pricked by safety pin in my home pin was rusty so should again i have to take tetanus injection??

How serious is bp count 81/59, and below 90 in general? Please provide suggestions to deal with constant tiredness and urge to sleep rising from this. Thanks

Legs are paining when going to sleep or in middle of sleep. Its so disturbing and I am unable to sleep with that pain. The pain is not daily but some days unexpected.
