I feel lethargic all day, any time of the day despite a good night sleep. Feels like some part of the body is always aching, tired, and needs more sleep

My memory sharpness drastically reduce..I have poor thinking skill...I could not able to think about my career and I m wasting my time bcz of drastically reduce in focus and alertness of my mind..my mind has become too slow...I do yoga,headstand,anulom vilom,pushups and everything for 1hour but still I have very poor memory no progress is happening....it started when I used kera xl serum for 2 month on my scalp before that everything was normal. Hello doctor My widal test result shows--- S. Typhi 'O' 1:160 + Rest are + upto 80 titre only. Is this active typhoid? My local doctor told me this is not typhoid.  But everywhere on internet it shows typhoid positive. Please help. My symptoms are mild fever and nausea.

I have laryno pharyngeal reflux along with I have burning stomach for the past three month on and off..while taking pppi no burning...litte pinching pain in rib area...

I was having fever,and extreme headache since 4-5 days, now dont have fever . For headache ,as it might be due to sinus inflammation ,as per doctor suggestion did CT scan which were showing minimal mucosal thickening at right frontal and bilateral spenoidal sinuses. Due to fever i did rtpcr test which were negtive. No runny nose no throat pain. Sense of smell and taste all ok.doctor started augmentin ,etoricoxib,sinarest,neb with budecort and duoline . Now feeling better but worried about my wbc count is it normal to go down? Feeling tiredness,weakness .
