Hi doctors, since yesterday I am feeling feverish , weak and fatigue, However I am eating well , my temperature varies from 97.8 to 98.8 whole day , what is this condition called , I am feeling energy less, Spo2 is also 98, No other symptom

I am feeling heart beat like vibration in my throat area. This throbbing increases when I lay down on the bed on my stomach. This is very irritating,it feels like whole body is shaking as these signals are transferred to my brain and it feels like my brain is also throbbing and shaking. I am unable to find out the cause. Age 23 Weight 106 kg Height 177cm I was diagnosed with dengue on 29th August. Currently my platelet are 1.72 lacs. My problem is that after standing for 3-4 minutes or a little walking I feel fatigued and my head feels like spinning monetary. Is this normal ? Or indication of something serious.

I am on rifagut 550 3rd day(prescribed for 7 days twice a day), I saw my stool structure improvement, it was mushy before now solid poop is there, ass well the nausea and stomachache decreased as well. But i see my stool are still yellow like picture mentioned in the attachment. I also noticed some mucus in anus opening when washing. My lft, kft and cbc all are fine and within normal range. Eyes are white, no jaundice symptoms too, will it subside? After the rifagut course?

In my lipid profile my TRIGLYCERIDES is 207, VLDL CHOLESTEROL is 41.4 and TGL/HDL RATIO is 4.4. Kindly advice what treatment needs to be done.
