In june 2021 I had a drip because of low platelet count and till now in that small portion my nerve has been harden a bit and sometimes it pains. Suggest me something what should i do for that. Is there any issue. I need some advises here only please.

Sir, One year back anus itch used to happen in the afternoon but not in morning or evening. It happened like that for a month. Then everything was normal. Again it started from last 7-10 days. Anus is itchy at random times in a day. In the morning around 6-8 am I feel itchy. From 8 am to Evening 8 pm it is itchy some times, may be one or two times. Again at night it feels itchy for one hour. The itchness is between medium to high. So I don't scratch it. Considering the anus is in circle shape I feel itchy only one the top side that is half circle. Please suggest - where should I go - to general physician or dermatologist or proctologist.

Sir from past few years I always feel after pooping that something was  left to get pooped can't clear my bowel completely, I consulted with doctor he said it's IBS, as there were no other issue or problem. But recently I saw some black spots and one red spot in my poop and pieces of undigested food I am not sure that it's blood or something else , I don't have any other problem I am eating properly doing everything fine except little fatigue and lots of gas in stomach and my poop comes out as  soft blob small  pieces not long poop ,mushy poop It is . I am very depressed and concerned please share your view and let me know what should I do thanking you . If u want I can attach pics of the poop I am concerned about .

Doctor had detected an inflammation on the right side during Xray. So he suggested my dad to undergo an USG , kindly let me know if there is something serious.

My doctor recommended CBC and ANA test. In CBC my lymphocytes count is less than the range and my neutrophils is more than the range . ANA test is negative. Now for a skin problem(exfoliative cheilitis) . my doctor prescribed me prednisone 10 mg after breakfast and 10 mg after lunch. I am afraid that it can create problem.

Hello doctor ! My husband is 34 years 0ld.in year 2019 he got bp around 180/140.that time he was prescribed by a medicine ciplar 40.at present his bp is normal.should he continue the medicine? Is there any side effects of this medicine which can be life threatening. He is not willing to go to doctor .I don't feel safe continuing this medicine without doctor's consultation. It's almost 2 years he has been taking this medicine..he has also minor anxiety issues,he says this medicine helps him with his anxiety issue. Please guide

From morning i am having some discomfortness in stomach and some kind of high pulse rate. Which gets normal after burping. Then again it continues. Relief gets only after each burpings. Please guide me whether it is a cause for concern.?

I have observed a slightly painful bump internally behind my ear on the lower part, just a little above to my ear piercing. The bump can only be felt by hand but doesn't show externally. It hurts only when I touch it. What could it be? Please advise.
