Since morning I am feeling feverish. My body is tired and throat dry.. I took dolo 650 at 3 pm n I remained fine for 3 hours but now at 6:30 again symptoms have returned Shall I take dolo again?

Can i take Dolo650 for headache. Today from morning my head is paining n sometime the body will become hot n again be at normal temperature.

My sister had fever 104 5 days ago now she have 100 fever and when me check platelet it's shows 2.45 lacs and wbc 3.2 but now wbc drops to 2.5 and platelet gows down to 2 lac it she needs hospitalized or we can treat her at home I'm attaching the report

Fever range between 101 nd 102 for my husband since last night and he took paracetamol but fever is not getting down.. no body pain no cough no throat pain.. took 2nd dose covishield vaccination 3 days before.. any other medicine to bring down the fever?? It's still in 102..pls help
