Mouth ulcer
Hello Sir...I am suffering from mouth ulcer from last 2month..I am not clear that these are ulcers..because I have not any problem during eating food..it looks like that a thin layer of inner linning of skin damged and it looks like whitish..but I have not any inflamtion during eating..and this is different from छाला...plss suggest best treatment Sir..

Do you have any whitish deposit on your tongue too ? Do both the buccal mucosa have such type of rash ? It could be oral thrush or oral Lichen planus. Provide with more photos. And discuss in detail.
