I have been suffering from low grade fever, chronic fatigue, weight-loss, tiredness, low energy, muscle weakness and  unable to focus for the last 5 months. It's been to the point of affecting my day to day activities, being unable to work I had to take time off from work. Even simple tasks exert me a lot, makes me tired and weak. Since then I have taken some lab work hoping for a diagnosis and treatment with no luck. Labs taken so far are: Complete blood panel, chest x-ray, ECG and thyroid . But no findings to get a diagnosis or specialist referral. This is significantly impacting my life in all areas. Need advise on what I can do to get to a diagnosis and treatment for the above. Any help on which specialist to see or what additional tests to take to reach a diagnosis will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can we take zitcare multivitamin tablets after 1st dose of covid injection. I took my vaccination yesterday and took zitcare (which I have been taking since 10days ). Will it affect it any ways?

My husband( 32 years) is having second dose completion timeline in 5 days.But He got fever 5 days back and  recovered from fever still he has cold ...Can we take second dose of covidsheild?? Please suggest..

Hello doctor i m 37 days postpartum and exact 30 days later i started periods. for 1 st 3 4 days flow was very low but after that it became very excessisive. Visited doctor she gave me some medication and prescribed sonography for Retained Placenta after 5 days My question is my bleeding has almost stopped after one medication only are still there chances of retained placenta???(NO BREASTFEEDING)

Total Bilirubin is 1.45 mg/dl which is high, Indirect Bilirubin is 1.2 mg/dl which is high. It was my regular check up of my liver once in a year. Is it something to worry or its normal. Last year also my Total bilirubin was 1.3 mg/dl which was also high. please guide me is it normal or what should i do?

As I have multiple lipomas on my hand and back and stomach on my left arm a new lipoma is generating it is around 1/2inch in size on pressing lipoma I am getting numbness on hand and some times with out any reason I am getting numbness for 10 sec and it is going off it started 3 weeks back getting worried can u help me out with this problem daily upto 5 to 6 times I can feel numbness on my left hand .

I am feeling very tired & fatigue suddenly , I am not a diabetic patient , but leg pains and burning sensation under feet . This is not all day but suddenly one Day it will be severe , I have already gone through thyroid , liver , kidney functioning , & all are normal . Please kindly help me through.

Its already 3days now since I took vaccination second dose of vaccination..high fever like 101 to 102 degrees and I took dolo650 thrice till now but fever still not going down.. any suggestions?? Can I take aspiran 150mg???
