Hello Dr, I have taken blood sugar test they took it random but I was on fasting and I didn't inform them about fasting and it was 106 and HBA1c is 5.6% am I pre diabetic? As m very scared now, attached reports r there and or I am going to get diabetis or its borderline

As of now nothing to do No tablets required repeat Cbp and hba1c after 6 months Walking for atleast 2 hours a day And follow up

An HbA1c of below 5.5 is considered normal. However 5.6 is borderline pre diabetic. A value of uptil 6.0 can also be tolerated. As the target for diabetic control is 6.5 and your fasting sugar is normal you don't have to worry. Make some lifestyle changes. You can consult me for any further advice.
